The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based therapy on cognitive regulation of emotion, wisdom, rational thinking and social adjustment among the aggressive teenagers that accrue in quasi-experimental research. The population of research consisted of the female students of high school, second grade, studying at the district 4 of Tabriz Education Department, in the school year of 2019-2020. Two schools were selected through random cluster method with Arnold &Buss aggressive Questioner 30 aggressive teenagers were selected voluntary and put randomly 15 female aggressive teenagers in two groups, acceptance and commitment group and control group. The experimental group was subjected to acceptance and commitment therapy in 10 2 -hour sessions. ANCOVA test was used to analyze the data with soft word SPSS 24. The results showed that acceptance and commitment-based therapy had a positive effect on cognitive regulation of emotion, wisdom and social adjustment of aggressive teenagers of the studied variables so this treatment is useful for aggressive teenager with increased those variables.
